Our pricing structure is transparent, charging 25% of the ASIN FBA fee per sellable unit, with a $1 minimum per unit, and a $29.99 monthly service fee. The first 30 days of storage are free, followed by a $5/day per pallet fee, while additional charges apply to outbound pallets and glass items. We're equipped to handle special care products, including Hazmat/Dangerous goods and Oversized items, with limited refrigerated and frozen storage available. Communication is our priority, with dedicated account managers ensuring prompt responses to client emails. Payments are secured with a $500 retainer before goods are accepted, and invoices must be paid in full before processed inventory is released.
